Quality customer service is our number one priority. We make it our business to be fast, prompt and helpful with our customer comments, orders and enquiries.
The delivery address for goods shipped is the exact details supplied by the customer. In some instances if the address is not correctly labeled delays may occur. This may result in longer delivery times - up to 3 weeks in some instances.
Due to hygiene reasons we're unable to accept any return orders. Therefore, we highly recommend you take care when placing your order for sizes, colours etc. Should you have any concerns, please contact us info@2wink.com.au for assistance prior to placing any order.
Sales & Specials In the event you order an item colour which is SOLD OUT, we reserve the right to alter order colours during Sales and Specials promotions only.
Free Delivery During Free Delivery Campaigns, Free Delivery will be up to a maximum of 8 pairs per order.
We inspect every order prior to shipping for quality and correctness, in the unlikely event you receive an incorrect order please contact us orders@2wink.com.au prior to wearing to arrange an exchange. We will check your order. Should your order correspond with your purchase no exchanges or refunds will be granted.
We employ Australia's largest logistics company so you receive your purchase as fast as possible. Upon collection, your order will require your signature. We deem your order fulfilled after the goods are received and signed for.
We stand by our product 100% - if ever there is a manufacturing fault with the garment please do not hesitate contacting us - upon return of the faulty garment we will either exchange it or refund your purchase. Return postage is at the customers expense.
We are very proud of the fabric quality and craftsmanship that goes into making each 2wink garment. We use only the finest quality fabrics and dyeing methods available to making 2wink undies.
** In the rare event an exchange occurs the amount to be refunded will be credited to the card holders credit card on which the original payment was made. The amount refunded will be made in Australian Dollars at the exchange rate at that time.
